After enrolling in the "Reimagine Your Life" program, you will receive access to the Teachable program platform. This platform can be accessed online from any device, including your smartphone, where you can create a shortcut for easy access. You are guaranteed access to this platform for one year, allowing you to revisit and reinforce your learning as needed.

Each morning, you will receive access to a new lesson. These lessons will provide detailed guidance on the meditation technique for the day, along with suggestions on how to integrate the practice into your daily routine. This daily structure is designed to keep you on track and ensure a smooth, progressive journey through the program.

Handling Challenges and Missed Days

Embarking on this 42-day journey may come with its challenges. Life can be unpredictable, and you might miss a day. If that happens, don’t panic. Simply continue with the day you missed the next time you practice. It’s important not to skip any days to ensure a comprehensive experience.

However, if you miss more than five days, please send me an email so we can discuss how best to proceed. Together, we can make sure you stay on track and receive the maximum benefit from the program.
